A regular counseling session typically lasts for 50 minutes, couples sessions are 80 min. Session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.

I accept all major credit cards such as; American Express, Discover, Health Savings Account (HSA), Mastercard, and Visa. Payment is processed at the end of the session electronically.

During your first session I will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counseling. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process.

I am cash pay & an out of network provider and do not take insurance but I can provide clients with a SuperBill for insurance reimbursement.
